To ensure a smooth evaluation process, please make sure that all necessary and relevant documents are uploaded. Incomplete submissions may result in delays.

Please be advised that maximum total of file size is 20MB and up to five files only.

Once the claim has been successfully submitted, the insured will receive an acknowledgement email containing a reference number. This number serves as the official case identifier and must be quoted in all future correspondence or claims-related enquiries.
